Policies

Privacy - your privacy is respected by us. Your contact information will not be divulged to any third-party. You will be added to our customer email list and may, on occasion, receive notices of upcoming specials, new products/scents, and various other information. You may request removal from this list by emailing info@hemlockspringscottage.com.

Payment Information

Orders may be placed online with the shopping cart, and payment may be made by PayPal (including all major credit cards) using (EMAIL HERE).

Checks/Money Orders may be made out to Hemlock Springs Cottage and sent to:

Payment must be received in full at the time of order, including shipping. Checks received as payment will need to be cleared before product will be shipping and any checks returned for insufficient funds will incur any additional bank fees.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped with great care within 2 - 4 business days (not including weekends) and will typically be sent via USPS. If you'd prefer an alternate carrier (UPS/FedEx) please contact us at info@hemlockspringscottage.com for specific shipping charges and arrangements.

Returns

Simply put, if you're not satisfied, please email us at info@hemlockspringscottage.com for replacement or refund. Products must be unopened and unused for replacement or refund and returned to us within 21 days. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Any products shipped in error will be replaced/refunded at our expense (ie. Incorrect scent, product, missing items, etc.)

Party/Gift Information

If you are interested in hosting a home party in the southern NH/northern MA area, I'd be delighted to offer 15% of sales in free product or 10% CASH to the hostess. Please contact me at info@hemlockspringscottage.com for availability and details.

Corporate gift basket service is also available. Gift baskets make a wonderful statement on valuing your employees!
